I saw this show. It was my first Dead show. I was struck then at how sloppy and sloggy it seemed. Garcia was not all there, despite some nice playing in parts. His voice was awful. Now I have heard it on tape and agree that it was among their more mediocre offerings. Deadheads are too forgiving of their idols, that explains the very high reviews.

This is a good show. Nothing extraordinary, but very upbeat with solid set lists.Very good recording IMO. Worth a listen if not a D/L.
A solid 3+.
